IPC Groene Ruimte is a training and consultancy centre in the Netherlands for the themes green management, nature and landscape management, forestry, enviroment, engineering, arboriculture and safety in the Netherlands. IPC groene ruimte offers a whole range of training, focussed on the acquiring of insight and the learning of practical skills.

Furthermore IPC groene ruimte does consultancy for companies and organisations concerning policy development, management and implementation. In arboriculture, IPC groene ruimte is the certifying organisation for arborists in the Netherlands. IPC also publish a variety of books on this matter. All these activities take place in close relation to the privet industry, colleges and universities. IPC is involved in developing and using ICT technology to supporting these activities.

Role in the project

IPC will utilise its national and international network to clarify the exact needs of the work field (education and industry) of forestry and arboriculture. IPC will bring its experience on e-learning programs in to the project and will use its network to disseminate the final result. IPC will supply partners from the industry to test the product during the project. Further we expect to learn from the project exploring new didactical concepts and testing there effectively.
