The meeting took place in Zaventem (Belgium) and started with presentations of the partners concerning the second implementation in schools. There were similar results in all countries although there was a difference in teacher-influence and the use of multi-media elements like integrated slideshows, videos and podcasts. All partners agreed that the motivation to use this kind of tool is essential, several ideas of how this motivation can be created were discussed. The group agreed that the PLE should be accessible in later times for all participating students.

Next up was a presentation of all realized technical improvements. Summing up, all those improvements were focused to make the PLE easier to use in an optimized arrangement of toolsets. In addition of all realized changes the group decided to go one step further: Two different layouts will be created, an easy-to-use layout with only essential buttons and an advanced layout with additional options for more technical skilled users.

Also the implementation in companies was presented and discussed. A new integrated tool, called "structure" that pre-creates different content-sections was used as a basis. Similar to the implementation in schools is the need to convince all users that such tools can support their daily work.

As a consequence of the presentations the group figured out in a workshop of two sections the "motors and barriers for implementation" in schools and in companies. The results are a basis for improvements and besides all other results an important content of the project-result, the guide. Another important decision of this meeting: The guide will be created inside the PLE and not only available in a single document. This way the project can be reflected on established content via links and can make use of multimedia elements like video-presentations.

In the evening of both days the group met in Brussels for dinner, having the chance to glance at the beautiful city center and visiting cozy pubs.
